Laywoman calls Shulz Decision "Very Poor" |
|
|
Very poor decision by Dr. Schulz. He indicates that his decision must be and is entirely based on the clear will and Word of God, and yet does not indicate any Scripture at all to show his reasoning. He wants to make it sound like it's "crystal clear" from Scripture, but then makes the decision without any reference to Scripture. And of course there is no reference to the relevant CTCR document. Apparently he did not refer to the CTCR document because he knows that the document flies in the face of his conclusion. Such a decision with such specious argumentation makes one wonder what kind of person we have elected as a Synod Vice-President. He gives grounds to defeat any election effort he may ever consider. Lutheran Hour Ministries should reconsider his appointment as speaker since he seems so able to conclude that his argumentation is based on the clear Word of God, but is totally unable to refer to any Scriptures.
