Layman Wonders If LCMS Will Be Responsible For Atl. District Members Going to ELCA |

My name is Dan DeBiaso, I am a member of Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church
LC-MS in Brooklyn, NY and I am outraged at Dr. Schulz's suspension of the
honorable Rev. Dr. David Bench. I am very proud of Dr. Benke for participating
in the prayer service in question. You will not find a better leader, pastor
or man to represent our Atlantic District. He has repeatedly touched the
hearts of our congregation with his words and actions. It is not a secret
that the powers in St. Louis have been after him for many years looking for
an excuse to remove him. If they remove Dr. Benke, they will be making a
grave mistake, they will be responsible for the defection of many Synod members
here in the Atlantic District to ELCA. Please pray that our Synod makes the
right decision with Dr. Benke so we can focus on more important issues like
JESUS!!!
